Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A1: CIF 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q2: How long will we get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

A2: We will reply you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry within the working day.

Q3: What is the payment method?

A3: When you quote, we will confirm with you the trading method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. In mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, then see the balance of the bill of lading. Most of the payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

Q4: Which shipping company you assign?

A4: We currently partner up with Freight Mark, SF Express, FedEx and TNT. Kindly inform our officer if you have your own preference.

Q5: How about your delivery time?

A5: Generally, it will take 3 to 7 business days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
